FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does tree trimming/removal cost?

That's like calling Dillards and asking how much make-up costs. Many variables are considered in the examination of your tree(s) before committing to an exact cost but it never hurts to text us a picture of your situation to get a decent "ballpark".

How far do you guys travel?

We typically work within an hour radius of Corpus Christi every week but we do have clients that have ranches and vacation homes outside of that that want us to travel and we always try to find a way to keep it affordable without compromising quality.

Is there only three of you guys?

Afraid not. The number of "Amigos" is growing every year it seems, which is a good thing. We are like family and most of us spend more time with each other than we do with our actual family so it's great that we all get along.

Are you guys insured?

Yes we are. We wouldn't even be welcomed to half of the bids we go to if we didn't carry commercial auto and liability insurance for our industry.

Do you guys offer free estimates?

We do not typically charge to come out, evaluate your tree(s) and give you a quote. But the truth is, nothing is free, including the fuel we spend and time we sacrifice from our lives to have a look. That time and fuel is factored in the bid and that is going to be the truth with everybody in the business whether they tell you or not. This is why we encourage people calling from an hour away or more to text us pictures to see if we can determine approximate costs over the phone and potentially save you time/money. Remember that with our company or the other guys, the technician that comes out to inspect your property may be missing his sons baseball game or his daughters volleyball game to give you a free quote so please be sincere about getting a fair quote to perform tree service and not just call us out to get an idea for how much it may cost someday out of curiosity.

What kind of guys do you have working for you?

This is one of my favorite questions so I saved it for last. When this question comes in, I already know this person has had less than a good experience in the past. I like to tell them that I personally plucked these guys from the last carnival that came to town. Of course, I immediately clear the silence by explaining that I actually have a wonderful staff of guys and that if they hire us, they will love the guys and have a great time watching us work and bust each others chops in a playful way all day. Many a customer has found themselves putting gloves on and joining the fun just because of how we get along. They appreciate seeing the same workers year after year. Check out some of the full time guys on our About Us page and get to know the crew.
